- All reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking.
- Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your date of stay will not be eligible for a refund.
- Reservations cancelled 15 days or longer from your date of stay will be eligible for a refund less an administration fee of $40.
- Any reservation that has been made and monies paid but the guest does not arrive on the reserved date will not be entitled to a refund.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Weekend cabin bookings are a minimum of 2 nights.
- A minimum of 4 nights booking for the Easter weekend.
- A minimum of 3 nights booking for all other public holiday long weekends.
- A minimum of 1 week booking for sites and cabins in the Christmas Holidays between the 24th December and 16th January.
- Full policy, rules and conditions will be provided with your receipt of deposit or upon check in or upon request.
- In the event you have a suspected COVID-19 infection which requires you to self isolate and this will impact your reservation with Oxley Anchorage Caravan Park, you will be entitled to a credit of your deposit for a future stay.
In the event of either a lockdown in your home area due to COVID-19, or a lockdown occurring at Oxley Anchorage Caravan Park’s location at Harrington, either of which will prevent you from travelling to/staying at Oxley Anchorage Caravan Park, you will be entitled to a credit of your deposit for a future stay or a refund of your deposit. - NO Dogs or pets in our Cabins, NO EXCEPTIONS.
