All listings are private sales, they are listed on our website as a complimentary service to our existing guests and residents, we DO NOT take any payment or commission or responsibility for photos and information provided within the listings. We DO NOT become involved in the sale, other than providing relevant information regarding park rules, regulations and expectations. All prospective buyers should exercise due diligence prior to the purchase of any dwelling within our park. Over 55’s only should apply and may only be accepted as a tenant or holiday van owner after lodging the completed application form and gaining approval from management.
